We will work together to identify the best approach to manage your life stressors and achieve your goals together.

Jasmine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY. Jasmine graduated from Brooklyn College with her Master's in Mental Health Counseling. She has 6+ years in the field, working both inpatient and outpatient settings. During her time working on an inpatient unit, she has ran group therapy, and assisted with discharge and treatment planning, managing a variety of mental health diagnoses. She has also worked for a non-profit clinic serving low-income families, working with both children and adults from 3 to 70+ years of age. Jasmine utilizes various approaches in her sessions such as Mindfulness, Spirituality, CBT and Psychodynamic. She also identifies and serves as a member of the BIPOC, LGBTQ+ community.
