Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Together, we will identify the thoughts that lead to the behaviors that are no longer serving us a healthy purpose in our lives, and work on how to manage and challenge these thoughts and behaviors.
We use this approach to help take a look into our unconscious thoughts, and dreams, that may be rooted from our past to prevent us from moving in our desired direction for our future. Understanding the root of our issues, and being able to face them can help us move forward.

All of your sessions, will be tailored and customized to your specific needs. This could look like utilizing different approaches at different times to maximize our time and journey together. We can decide together, whichever feels the most comfortable and useful, while I always welcome space for feedback and change.
